  • 1. Can you put my brand name (logo) on these products or provide customized solutions?

    A: Yes, we can support OEM/ODM service, the process of customization is following:

    (1) Provide your specific requirement.

    (2) Our engineer draws the design draft.

    (3) You confirm the design draft.

    (4) We start produce it.


  • 2. What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?

    A: We can sell one piece of sample for your test.


  • 3. What is the lead time of your products?

    A: 3 working days for few samples, 15 working days for a large quantity.


  • 4. Will it be ok to run the device 24 hours a day and 7 days a week, just like a desktop PC? Will it be overheated?

    A: There's no problem with running the device 24/7. l've done it for about a month and have had no problems. Just set your monitor to sleep when you're not using the computer.


  • 5. What is the quality control in your factory?

    A: Quality is our top priority. We have IQC (Incoming Quality Control), production inspection, reliability testing, out-going inspection and after sales data analysis etc..


  • 6. What's the warranty of your products?

    A: Non-artificial damage, 1 years warranty. The second year and the third year, we can repair it free, but we will only charge the actual costs of the parts that needs to be replaced.


  • 7. Are you a factory or trading company?

    A: We are a professional consumer electronics manufacturer which located in Shenzhen, China.


  • 8. If we come to China, can you arrange the visiting to your factory?

    A: We warmly welcome and look forward to your visiting to our factory at any time.
